  1. DMCA Notification Procedure

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on our Website, please provide our designated agent with a written notification containing the following information:

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  1. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on our Website was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. Such counter-notification must contain the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days, unless we first receive notice from the copyright owner that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our Website.

  1. Repeat Infringers

MobileTVH.com reserves the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.

  1. Changes to this DMCA Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised DMCA Policy.
